My friends Muriel and Rob live on an amazing ranch in Sonoita and I have been lucky enough to spend some time there. This quilt is inspired by and made especially for: The Ranch!
For this endeavor, I selected fabrics that remind me of The Ranch: butterflies, wildflowers, bunnies, and ice dye skies. Stars, flannel, and denim. I used an all over meandering stitch (my stipple is getting worse!) and bound it with the chambray dot, again! (4th quilt w this, it went a long way!)
Finished dimensions 72” x 72”, with a matching 20” pillow and cover.
Luckily my friends love it and I even got to take some photos of it ON the ranch for context!
