I designed this plaid baby quilt in procreate! It was my first time importing photos of the fabrics and laying out a quilt design using software. It came in incredibly handy to audition fabrics together as well as to make a list of cuts!
I also added some hand quilting. This baby quilt is for a boy but I didn’t want it to be overtly traditionally baby-ish as his mom is very stylish and modern! Lots of ferns and leaf prints.
I love how it turned out. It was the hit of the baby shower in March of 2024.
